1. How do I know that you have received my online order? You will receive an order confirmation email with total cost and payment information within 24-48 hours.
2. Can I cancel or change an order after I payed for it? No we don't cancel or change orders. Your order is processed as quickly as possible, and your payment is taken as a confirmation.

5. Are your products available in stores? Our products are primarily available by mail order, by phone, or on our website.
6.How do I know if an item I ordered is backordered or out-of-stock? We do not backorder items, but we will notify you by email if a product is out-of-stock.
7. Can I return any purchase? At Asian Skin Care®, we stand behind every product we sell. We guarantee that all shipped items are fully inspected and properly packed. Therefore, we do not see any reason why you should return any purchased item.
8.Do you give discounts? Yes, we have selected items on promo. But we do not deduct any percentage from the total amount to be payed. Shipping is free for Metro Manila orders above Php3,000. Almost all orders have gift items too.
9.I did not receive the items shipped, can you reship them? We do not reship orders the customer has reported not received when the post office confirms delivery to the address on the tracking form. If you are unsure of the safety of your home delivery location, then select a safe deliverable address perhaps your work address.
10. Can I get a refund for the items that were seized at the customs office? Asian Skin Care® will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
